

Singapore’s burgeoning population can count on an ever-growing rail network to help deliver a smooth and speedy transit experience. Two Land Transport Authority (LTA) engineers tell us how they help contribute to this noble, people-centric initiative.

As Singapore continues its journey into the 21st century, its citizens can rest assured that their transport needs are being efficiently addressed by the LTA, which is constantly staying ahead in the game to building a vast, intricate passenger rail network in Singapore.
After all, Singapore’s people-centric transport system was not built in a day, and LTA requires a pool of dedicated, hardworking and talented engineers to develop and uphold the high transport standards that Singaporeans enjoy – among them 29-year-old Senior Project Engineer (Tunnels) Darryl Chen and 25-year-old Executive Engineer (Signals) Mok Ji Wei.
